Senegalese Football Leaders wanted white people who were asking for huge money. I went to beg El Hadji Diouf and some other former footballers to ask Government to recruit me. But it was difficult because the Minister wanted Alain Giresse (French) who was asking for millions of Francs.

After several weeks of discussions with the French man without any agreement, the Minister invited me to his office and I seized the opportunity and I told him, ‘I am not after the money, just allow me to serve my country’.

Today I have beat more than nine great European coaches to reach the finals. God also allowed me to beat Alain Giresse, in the process.

Allow me to ask African leaders to give their brothers the chance instead of spending their precious time running after white people.

 Minority MPs have filed an urgent question to be answered by Sports Minister, Isaac Asiamah    Sports Minister, Isaac Asiamah, is expected to be hauled to Parliament, to answer why Ghana performed poorly at the 2019 AFCON tournament. The MPs expressed concerns over the Black Stars’ poor performance which saw them exit the tournament after Monday’s defeat to Tunisia at Ismailia in Egypt. Black Stars lost 5-4 on penalties to the Carthage Eagles following a 1-1 in 120 minutes of action. It is the first time the team is exiting the tournament without reaching the semifinal stage since they were eliminated at the group stage in the 2006 tournament also staged in Egypt.     Neymar's father has again insisted that Paris Saint-Germain were well aware the Brazil star would not be returning for pre-season training on July 8. The French Ligue 1 champions said they would take "appropriate action" against the forward after he did not appear for club duties on Monday.
