    Fernando de la Rúa was an Argentine politician of the Radical Civic Union who served as President of Argentina from 10 December 1999 to 21 December 2001. De la Rúa was born in Córdoba; he entered politics after graduating with a degree in law.   Former Argentine President Fernando de la Rúa, who quit office amid violent discontent, has died in Buenos Aires aged 81. De La Rúa ran the country for just over a year, leaving in December 2001 at the height of the country's economic crisis with riots taking hold. The country had four different presidents in the following two weeks. The Telam state news agency said he died of cardiac problems and other complications.     Neymar's father has again insisted that Paris Saint-Germain were well aware the Brazil star would not be returning for pre-season training on July 8. The French Ligue 1 champions said they would take "appropriate action" against the forward after he did not appear for club duties on Monday. The news has fuelled rumours Neymar will look to force through a move away from the club in the transfer window, with a return to Barcelona mooted as well as a possible switch to Real Madrid. DERKYI #SPREADCALMNOTFEAR     PRESIDENT ADDRESSES THE NATION TONIGHT President Akufo-Addo is expected to clear the air, discussions on whether or not there will be an extension of the partial lockdown imposed on parts of the country. The televised address which is the sixth in a series of addresses to the nation in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic is expected to provide the latest update with regards to the nation’s fight against the deadly disease. Already, some parts of Ghana including  Greater Accra, Greater Kumasi and Kasoa have been placed on a partial lockdown in a bid to curb the spread of the viral outbreak. Scheduled to take place at 10:30pm, the address is expected to give stock of the measures implemented so far, while also providing additional ones, if the need arise.
